Spring, Slimey Crud Run

Last Sunday's Slimey Crud Run in Pine Bluff and Leland, WI. was a great ride with great weather, finally!!
Ten of us took off from Waterloo, not everyone rode the whole ride but the six of us that did were treated to a nice day with lots of bikes to check out in both towns and some nice roads to ride!

1st F.A.S.T. ride of the season!!

The day started out REALLY foggy so we just hung out at the truck stop hoping it would clear up. It was great catching up with everyone but then it was time to ride. We headed east to catch some twisties near Delhi but when the fog got worse we headed south to hit the Montour and Chelsea curves.
The Montour curves were great fun but with flood waters right up to the edge of the road, it was a little unnerving! The Chelsea road has some great curves but very bumpy. It was still great to be out!!

Sports Show at the University of Northern Iowa

The annual U.N.I. Sports and Vacation Show just wrapped up and while working the Buell booth several F.A.S.T. folks wandered by. Dave was very busy working his Double Lung Archery booth and Pat was hard at it in the Weber's Cycle booth, neither could escape the camera, though!
Everyone is smiling because the weather is FINALLY warming up!!
